Ready for an ADVENTure?

Fire.Cloud events to help ‘prepare your heart and spirit for Christmas’

A Glasgow-based Faith, arts and research project is set to launch its 2013 Advent programme next Wednesday evening.

ADVENTure 2013 is a project being run by Fire.Cloud, which offers the opportunity to ‘prepare your heart and spirit for Christmas’ with an evening of music and prayer.

The group is hosting two ADVENTure evenings, which will take place next Wednesday, (December 4) and the following Wednesday (December 11) at Our Holy Redeemer’s Church, Clydebank.

People of all ages are invited to join the Fire.Cloud team for ‘music, prayer, Eucharistic Adoration, a little peace and some good company.’

“Since its inception in 2007, ADVENTure has brought Catholics across Glasgow together,” a message from the Fire.Cloud team said ahead of next week’s launch evening. “It’s a great chance to get some time out for your soul during the Christmas buzz.”

—Anybody who wishes to find out more about ADVENTure or would like to bring a group from their school/parish can email: [email protected] Both ADVENTure evenings begin at 7.15pm at Our Holy Redeemer’s Church, Clydebank.
