Scottish Fatima group hosts two November events

Come pray with the Children this Saturday and Lunch, Pray and Learn next Saturday

Scottish Catholics with a special devotion to our Lady of Fatima will have two opportunities this month to show their adoration.

This Saturday, November 19, is a first Saturday of Devotion and Fatima Scotland is urging Scottish Catholic’s to ‘come pray with the Children.’

Pupils from St Saviour’s Primary School, Govan, will lead a procession at St Anthony’s Church, Govan before 10am Mass. There will also be a blessing of the Roses, a saying of the rosary and social aspect to the event.

“It is a good event for the school,” Anne Boyle, one of the organisers said. “And this is the first time we’ve had it at St Anthony’s.”

Next Saturday, November 26, the Fatima devotions groups of Scotland invite all to join them a Lunch, Learn and Pray event at 1pm at Mill Hill House in Cardonald.

There will be saying of the Rosary, Benediction, silent prayer and a short Mass. Tickets for this event are £6 and places are limited so those who wish to attend should book them by phoning 01418822254 or 01418832338.
